Very cute idea.  And the great thing is that tapes are in abundance at the thrift stores!

I love thrift shopping.  I also find that garage/yard sales will have them too.  I just try not to go over board and buy too much.  I find that I have mostly supplies and very little finished projects.

Now I need to take pics for a step-by-step tutorial.  I really need to learn coptic stitch to see if that is better.  I do like my version of this journal.  If anyone has any suggestions for the next one I attempt.  You are welcome to let me know.

I can't believe I already have someone asking me for a custom journal.  She loves 80's music and wanted me to make one for her and insisted on paying me.  So as soon as I get her fabric preference and show her my cassette tapes, I'll be taking pics of the construction to make a tutorial.

I finally finished the 2nd mini journal.  I took photos of the construction and will be posting a tutorial soon.  It will be my first as soon as I finish the step-by-step instructions.

Man, I love this!
Put it straight on my Wist  Grin

I have a feeling I'm going to be dragging up my old worn-out cassettes!
I'm gonna make one up as soon as I have spare time, and I'll post it Smiley
