ahhh, so you've already had practice....no wonder you've always got a snappy comeback on the ready Smiley

that and she's a brat Wink

HEY GUESS WHO'S IN CHARGE OF YOUR FEEDBACK?

Wink

Yeah, I am.

Oh oh and and ... I think you left your sweater/hoodie/shirt thing in my car.  Van.  Smiley  The green thing.

Edit: the green shirt, not the green van.  Though the van is green, but that isn't what I was talking about.

OH GOOD! I was looking for my green sweater/hoodie/shirt thing! Wink

I shipped to both of my partners today!  lashes' box was huge because I had to find a box large enough to fit ONE thing that was going into it.  I ended up using the box from my husband's boots - sorry if it smells like rubber, lashes.  Wink

Hello folks!

I would like you, if you wouldn't mind, to briefly let me know how I've done as an organizer.  This will help me give myself feedback.  I don't know what to write in the comments section and feel that it's silly to say something like, "great swapper" about myself.

If you don't feel comfortable doing this, I completely understand!  But if you don't mind and could devote a couple of minutes of time to just respond in this thread, I would sincerely appreciate it!  Smiley  And if you have constructive criticism, please add that as well - I'm a big girl and I can handle it.   Wink

Edited to add:  This is not just for my feedback profile; this is the first time I've organized and I'd like to know if you think I can improve things or if I've done a good job thus far.

There will be NO negative repercussions if you criticize something I've done/not done.  First of all, I'd be breaking Craftster rules if I attempted to give you negative feedback for this, and secondly I'm not a jerk (well, not all the time Wink ).  I promise.

You were a great organizer, you were very fair and made sure that everyone had excellent communication. Plus, you are very sassy! Cheesy. Job well done!

Aw, thanks, kittykill.  I am so glad you got to participate in this swap!  Cheesy

And yes, I am probably too sassy for my own good sometimes.  Wink

My kid is picking up on it.  The other day I call, "Riiiiley..." wanting her to come get a bite of food or something, and she replies with, "What-y?"

Wink  I've seen swaps where organizers are totally unwilling to budge or be funny with anything (I've been in one of them... not going to name names) and needless to say it makes the swaps really... I don't know, dreadful almost.  Like you're constantly walking on eggshells, and it's frustrating.

I feel like an organizer shouldn't be so rigid and authoritative.  If you need that little bit of power to make yourself feel better, I think you have deeper problems.  Swaps are supposed to be FUN!

I hope everyone has had fun with this one and I hope I get to organize some more of you in the future.  Wink  Or be organized by you!
