I don't care about any double meaning or any other spiritual crap like that, I simply like it and I like it a lot, I would be happy to have "Underwater Breakfast Appliance" in my kitchen. Are they for sale?

Wowee they are AMAZING! I love the breakfast ones..and I too thought the pomps were bison. Brilliant work. I keep thinking the cowboy in the last pic is Heath Ledger/Ennis Del Mar - so long since I watched that movie. Anyway. I love them, and I love the anti pretentiousness...that's the thing I hate most about art, having to come up with a ridiculously florid explanation to justify something you did cause you felt like it.

postmodernism isn't particularly spiritual, more like annoying.
i was trying to be funny, in the spirit of the paintings.
it didn't work.
i like them, too.
i hope you can get a print or something.

You mean they're not buffalo?

I want want want the toaster fish.  Have you thought about making prints or are Mrs.Jahns and I going to have to arm wrestle for the right to throw money at you for it.  Smiley

I agree with everyone - invest in printmaking and it'll pay off!  I love them all - it's hard to pick a favorite, but the triptych is amazing.

The one with the fish in the blender reminds me of the book eating the Cheshire cat! I love that book. These are amazing.
