Hi everyone.
I just finished my new baby...HOBO BAG  the biggest bag I ever made17.5 x 14 ".and bottom base: 11" wide x 5" deep  I don't know if I am very slow or something but it took me 6-7 hours to make this bag. How long usually take you guys to make large bag?
This bag I made of light pink fashion denim fabric and 100% black cotton lining. I added to the front of the bag three-appliqu flowers using black linen and pink denim fabric. The flowers were iron on and then sewn to the fabric, I used my crazy strait stitch for the inside.
I also made two pockets inside one open and one with zipper

Very cute!!  Your flowers probably added quite a bit of the time!  They look really nice on there!!

Oh my gosh...I completely love this bag!  I was expecting a curving-downward sort of bag, but was surprised to see that the top edge goes straight across in the second pic! I'm guessing the sheer height of it causes it to "drop" like a hobo bag does.  I think that this bag looks amazing!!  Cheesy  The colors are really cool together, too.  Nice work!

I love that bag. Cheesy The colors go perfectly together and the flowers are too cute. <3 When I made my purse earlier this year it took me at least a week. That's because I sewed it by hand, though. I don't really trust my mom's sewing machine. Tongue

Super bag!  I like everything about it, the shape, size, the flowers and handle.  I really like the two tone handle. I like the length of the handle too, it looks cool on a large bag. Your bag is very pretty. Great job on the flowers. Love the pink denim, and the black was the perfect choice.
