I just graduated from college in May and realized that I probably should have stopped wearing my random assortment of t-shirts that I collected over the years in highschool from various events a loooong time ago lol. Anyway, I'm moving far away from home in August to begin my new career (and be closer to my bf Wink) and I know I'll be feeling nostalgic/need some comfort blanket soooo viola! I made the quilt from those shirts!

I've made one other quilt before this one, so I'm still very far from perfect, but I like it Smiley and it will definitely serve its purpose as this Southern Louisiana girl adapts to cold Maryland winters!

Very nice.

And Maryland winters arent as bad as you think they will be (this is coming from a Californian where the weather is 70 year round).

And thanks, digitallasagna for assuring me that I can handle the Maryland winters lol... my BF is actually originally from Alaska so at least I'm not going to be trying to survive the winter there! (although I think we might go visit his family there for Christmas)

Very nice.  These are esp cute t-shirts too.

And I went thru the same thing, in that, during my last year of law school I got rid of a bunch of clothes that I had for years becuase I realized it was time I was a professional ;P
