i am so very proud of this cake since so much love went into it that i wanted to share it with all you good good people.

it is a classic victoria sponge but instead of jam&buttercream icing it has chopped strawberries and piped whipped cream inside, and to decorate too.

and i found the candles from paperchase, my sister loves hearts so they just screamed out at me "buy meeeee"!

top view, yes that's a cream heart filled with strawberries!

here she is, making wishes!

it tasted gooood.

wowww!!! that looks divine!!! i bet it tasted amazing. im loving the rustic look it seems like something straight out of country living [one of my FAVE mags  Grin]
