How pretty! I love that it has a bunch of different designs on it instead of just one solid idea. It's very beautiful and I'll second that you guys make a great team!

Oh! That is so much fun! I love how to matched the quilt and bed skirt to it! I think I'd have trouble sleeping in it! There's so much energy!

Well, before we built this bed, whenever I could actually sleep in the old twin bed I'd have nightmares like crazy. It's not so bad anymore!

Thanks for all your comments! Every once in a while, when someone new is over, I usually take them into the bedroom to show them the bed, but it really doesn't stand out that much from everything else going on in the house. I've been meaning to post photos from the other stuff I've made, so maybe that will actually happen.

And this is the only thing we've ever made together! We'd only been seeing each other for about 6 weeks, and now it's been almost 2 years, and we've yet to really collaborate on another project, besides just assisting each other (he's a photographer, and I'm a general maker). I have a great design for a couch, but that will have to wait for a bigger home.
