I know this is superrrrr late but I had to post the pics of my graduation desserts! They turned out better than we had expected.

First is the diploma cake --

It was made up of a pumpkin roll cake with cream-cheese frosting both inside and outside (a bit much in my opinion, but it was a huge hit!). The details were just decorating icing and the ribbon was made of fruit rollup.

Next are the grad cupcakes (I meant to get a better pic of these but forgot.) --

They were just confetti cake mix with whipped white frosting dyed a light yellow. Again, details were done with decorating icing. The hats were individual pieces of Hershey's chocolate. The best part was making all the different faces, though!

All I know is I ate wayyyy too many cupcakes that week!

Maybe someone can try one of these for next year  Smiley

I wish I had stuff that cool at my graduation! Awesome work.

Attention college kids, stay at home moms, and anyone else who could stand to make a little easy extra money:
PM me about ChaCha. I swear, it's not an ad. I just saved myself on bills with this, and thought I'd try & help =]
