Wow, I logged on to find 5 new questionnaires in my inbox! We're up to 21 participants total! (I know it says 20 on the list on the front page, I haven't actually listed myself yet)

I was thinking about making a "pre-craft" item myself. I want to try out the singlet shopping bag tute, but I don't want to buy fabric that my partner will like and then completely screw it up. But, then I got sucked into paperpiecing, and kind of forgot about it. Maybe I'll do that sometime later this week.

Pre-crafts... like doing warm-ups for a swap!  I'm with you all on the stalking part -- that's half the fun.  But I also like to practice on new/different crafts (mainly so I don't have a last-minute melt-down/malfunction!)

So excited!!!

thanks, nicolatte!  i plan to have tons of fun in switzerland (mostly because i paid out the wazoo for my flight).  luckily my boyfriend is swiss, so we will stay at his cousin's house - free rooming = yay!  as for eating as much swiss chocolate as possible, well, since the boyfriend is swiss, we almost always have swiss chocolate in the house.  and when our swiss friends come to visit they bring us tons of chocolate so we're always stocked.  yum yum Smiley

I'm very tempted to join you all in this one  Grin
My brother gave me a bagful of "waste fabric" from where he works, it's very nice and I just couldn't see it binned! The strips measure approx 7"x3" and I'm certain I can use them for something

hey guys - upon reconsideration, i realized that given the amount of time i'll be on vacation, i probably wouldn't be able to put in the quality time really needed for this swap.  so i will unfortunately be backing out of this one....boo hoo....

i hope you all have fun and churn out some awesome recycled crafts!  and maybe i'll see you all again if there's a round 2 Smiley
