Wow I can't wait to see the finished quilt!! I love Amy Butler fabrics, in fact they are the reason I started sewing again after taking 15 years off!  And kittens/cats and quilts... they are the best.  My fat cat insists on laying on any quilt fabric/patterns/squares/tools as soon as I have them out.

lol yah as soon as I layed it out she had to be right there and she spread out..and wouldnt budge! I do love all amy butler fabrics also, they are very unique and fun! I am right now deciding on what to use for backing. I dont know if I want to do a neutral tone or go pink crazy with some more of amy butler...what to do...

It's looking SOOOO great!  I like to think that your quilt is the pink sister to my green one, since we used many of the same fabrics.   Smiley  I am hoping to lay mine out and get a good picture this weekend.  That swap was so much fun!!  Any word on when the next one's starting?

This is great!  I like the combo of the large-scale fabrics and some of the more densely pieced blocks.  I've sort of shied away from that in the past, but this quilt really works.
