I made this one up because I was inspired by Luna Lovegood's cute little cardi in the 5th Harry Potter movie (though hers is crocheted).  I also needed another layer to wear to the cold, cold work.

I love this yarn - it's Manos Silk Blend.  I recommend it totally!  It only took about 3.5 hanks of it.  I have more details, pics and Pattern Notes on my blog here:

Quick question:  what do you think about the buttons?  Too contrastive?  I'm undecided.

So cute! I also like the buttons just the way they are. I don't think they're too contrasting and even *if* they were, that would be very Luna.
