You guys are so funny. Grin
The  picture Sweets took is what I'm still getting, or not getting and I'm glad she can give the info cause I still think you guys are rocket engineers.  The only thing I barely recognise is: I use Vista.  Hope that's right.  I figured that if I need to change settings on my computer I can forget about it and of course am clueless so decided to just live without the ads.  Ahem.  (I can do other things though.lol)
BTW Sweets, that advertisement is for me not you.  You must have been checking out my screen when you saw it.  The darned thing has been chasing after me all over the net in the most unexpected places.

I've noticed this issue all day today.  I'm at work, and my workstation buddy has added the adblock plug-in for firefox (at least, I assume it was him), so I seem to only see the ads in that yellow box.  I assume these are the "c.adroll.com" ads?

Anyhow, every time I surf to a new craftster page, I have to wait for the c.adroll.com ads to load.  My connection at work is iffy at times, but today it seemed to just be the ads slowing things down.

I'm using Firefox  3.lbl (I believe it's a beta version?) and the O/S is Ubuntu 7.something (The second-most up-to-date one, if our tech guys are to be believed)

Hope this helps!

Hi fantasticmio! Can you tell me... Do you usually use Craftster on a wireless network or plugged right in to the internet? And also which browser do you use? I'll have some suggestions for ya once I know this.

At work I'm plugged in, at home I'm wireless.  Both are using Firefox3, though here at work it's some Beta version... not sure why we're using that, really.

ETA: come to think of it... it seemed a LOT slower last night at home with the wireless.  Is that really the problem?  Ick!

I'm also still having the c.adroll.com problem. I'm on a wireless network, and using FF 3.0.4. Can the potential solution be made public please, or is fantasticmio the guinea pig?  Cheesy Thanks.

I've also been noticing some hang ups with c.adroll.com  They seem to interfere more today than they had previously.  Before it was only for a second or two, but today I keep checking to make sure I haven't locked up.

Here's a new error message I've gotten a couple of times that says "DNS failure"...

There doesn't seem to be any pattern to it like the other one that comes up around 11:00 p.m. or so. (see below)

I use Mozilla's Firefox browser if that helps any.

I've had the second service unavailable that dawt posted a few times in the last 2 or 3 days also. Most of the time late at night, but once yesterday morning.

I thought it was just the internet, we've has a lot of storms. But maybe not if others are getting it too.
