Red is my favorite color, nuff said. The wallet is a copy of one my Mom had from the 70's. I love it because it can hold a stack of cards, change and bills and still be compact.

pleated change pocket, velcro closure ( will go with a snap for the next one )

inside the tote, I like to use facings with my linings, makes a more finished looking tote.

All the fabric was on clearence for a dollar a yard, and the red fringe was 10 yds for a dollar, I still have about 46 yards to use up lol I used fusible fleece instead of interfacing ( was out of craft fuse ) and I have to say I love the way the bags stand up and the way they feel, they aren't puffy but they do have body.

Lovely.  The rounded corners look fantastic on the wallet.
