oh oh i totally just thought of something! you could totally just put the sauce in the bun and then put the cheese on top like frosting!

I've been known to make these for my son's preschool lunches.  Anyway I currently have 5 pans of them in my freezer for fast fare.  If you want to see an actual recipe and an awesome cookbook look for "A Passion for Baking" by Marcy Goldman...this is one of my newest and probably will become an all time favorite. 

I get those aluminium pans at the dollar store and use those for freezing and baking - then it is as simple as an overnight thaw in my fridge and popping in the oven.  Although recently I have given thought to freezing on cookie sheets and using ziploc bags instead and then just taking out what I need.....

looking for instant coffee from australia or russia made with mustard and champagne.  VIOLET CRUMBLES and VEGEMITE would be welcome swap items!!
