I made this for my swap partner in the Vintage Halloween 2008 Swap.  I crafted from her wist, so I do not know where the original source came from.  I drew the stencils freehanded,  I am very happy with the outcome because I have never made stencils before.  I used a piece of wood from a cabinet, it ended up being longer then the original piece, so I added the kitty on the end to even everything out.  I also made the dachshund a little more chubbier because I work in a kennel and the ones that board with us are usually a bit plump!

Very cute! You did a great job!

And I know what you mean about the dachshunds. They seem to be like that at the kennel I work for too! He's a cute plump wiener!

It seems that different people have an idea of what I am, and what I should be. And then there's me.

Love this! And there is nothing wrong with a plump sausage or 2. One of my little girls is short and round she woddles and wiggles her bum from side to side and my other one is long and skinny no matter how much I feed her and she swings her hips like a model lol! I love Dashchunds !

Cheesy That's too cute! I'd make one for the animal shelter we volunteer at but I'm not sure if they'd think it was funny.  Undecided
