I LOVE THAT BAG!!

Me, too! It looks just like the original image, so impressive!

And that embroidery work on the pillowcase, wow!

I love the Cinderella scarf - what is it knit out of? The yarn looks lovely.

And the Very Hungry Caterpillar bag is awesome.

The scarf is Rowan Summer Tweed - I am not sure what shade. It has a high percentage of silk mixed with cotton. It is quite slippery to knit cable with and I wasn't sure about it when I was knitting it but it looked good finished. It was the nearest shade I could get to Cinderella blue or what I thought Cinderella blue was!

Titancia-delighted you liked everything:)

Thanks for that Saor - after getting my shawl from Kidcompassion and seeing how the superwash merino knit up I am going to get some of that, and I have been wanting to knit with Rowan for some time too, so this is a perfect opportunity.

I warn ya -it's handwash only Smiley It also piles slightly when knitting with it. It's feels very nice though.

It's feels like cotton but silky at the same time.

I love the yellow sub embroidery. I am thinking of doing Moomin Troll pillowcases for a wedding pressent for my husband's uncle.

titancia -I was thinking of lining the shopping but I chickened out Tongue

I will be taking some of the jewellery you made on holiday this weekend.

I don't blame you for chickening out! I nearly chickened out with the book covers, but my sister helped me out with them. Smiley

Aww, I'm glad you like it all that much! I've already begun to wear yours. They're just so perfect for me! My trip to LA has been postponed until October when I can go to see Wicked (play) and Duffy (singer) and I'll definitely be wearing those Victorian drop earrings when I dress up for that! Smiley
