Here is my amigurumi bunny!

I made him from a free pattern on the lionbrand website (my first time using that pattern) and I love it - particularly that he's able to sit up on his own.  The only change I made was that I made the tail a little smaller.  The yarn is some leftover Vanna's Choice I had.

Also, I recently learned to embroider just so I could start making cute ami faces, and this is my first attempt!  I was so intimidated going from embroidering on a tea towel to embroidering on stuffed crochet, but it turned out better than I thought it might, and I'm pretty pleased with the result.

is it any coincidence that the word yearn is one letter away from being yarn?

Thanks everyone Smiley  His coloring is actually a lot more muted in person.  Don't be scared to try him, iamdatura!  One tip - when you're sewing the head to the body, put a little more stuffing in there so his head will stay upright.

He is so cute! I love the colour combination, and he reminds me of the bunny from that manga, "Chobits"... Your embroidery is fantastic!! I can never seem to do it right on amigurumi.
