An old red pillowcase and some leftover scraps make one suspicious-looking Valentine's day guy  Cheesy

I gave him to my fiance, but he seems to prefer hanging out with my cat, Neo..

All the shapes were cut free-hand - I just traced the face shapes on the fabrics, and sewed them together with my machine's zig-zag stitch.
Then cut the body twice from an old pillowcase,
and sew the face to the front.
put the front and back wrong sides together, and stitch around leaving the top of the head open.
turn the doll right-side out, Stuff the legs and sew them shut with a straight stitch, and do the same for the arms - it keeps the doll much more flexible then if it's all stuffed as one piece.
Then stuff the rest, stick the hair in the top of the head and sew shut! voila!  Kiss

How gorgeous!! He's got a certain 'South Park' quality to him.

Thanks all Smiley
actually someone mentioned to me that he looks like a teletubby - which was *really* not intentional.

The hair, as well as the eyes, are made from some leftover polar-fleece that I had lying around.. The rest of it is now a pair of comfy pants. I love making stuff from fleece, it's the easiest fabric ever!
