Not much, really. Just something I whipped up in an hour or so to put in the box I'm sending my friend for her birthday. I just love the yarn colors som much and the pattern is great, too. Most bookmark patterns I found were for teeny needles but these are on US7. The pattern is here if anyone wants it.

Great idea!  I'm a huge fan of knitting little practical gifts rather than spending lots of time on something like a sweater and running the risk of the recipient either not liking/wearing it or it not fitting perfectly
