Huh  What is resin and where can I find it?  All the guys at Home Depot just looked at me blankly.  I was really disappointed because I wanted to make magnets out of bottle caps with the pics inside.  Someone told you that you pour resin over the pics.

Can anyone give me a brand name or anything to help me find this stuff?

go to your handy dandy local craft store....they should have it. Just explain to them what it is you want to do.

the type of resin most comonly used for those bottlecap art things is Envirotex Lite. You can find it at art stores, but i don't know if you will find at hardware stores.

If you look in a craft store, ask for casting resin.
I was in Michaels today, looking for it, and the girl said they didn't carry it. But then we found it by the adhesives, and she was "oh, casting resin." I didn't know there was more than one kind of resin for crafting?
