Thats amazing! Also, your picture looks like one of those rip pad "knitting suggestion" pages you find at Michaels to inspire you about a project. Hehe. Fantastic!

Re: Your blog post

I think the dress looks GREAT on you - you shouldn't only wear this dress to the pool!!! It's beautiful and should be shown off everywhere!

It looks stunning! You did a beautiful job on it. I'm always afraid to try something like a dress because after all that work it had better look good, but I think you have inspired me  Smiley

Thank you everyone for your lovely compliments!  I was just very happy that the lacy edging as sleeve caps worked out so well, otherwise, I would be stuck with something "almost finished" ... those knitters who made the long-sleeve-version really got my admiration (you can find quite a few in Ravelry).
I'll be searching for a pair of light-coloured sandals to match the dress (I only have black ones) before I wear it outside the swimming pool.   Grin

Thats beautiful!  It looks like it took forever!  I just added it to my favorites on Ravelry!  I like your choice to go with the short sleeves, too.
