I used the tutorial here on Craftster called "Straight Sided Triangular Cosmetic Bag", and it was so easy!  Mine is slightly wonky due to a longer zipper (whoops) but I love it anyway! This was my first time using a zipper, and it went so much better than I had imagined. And how cute is this pirate fabric?! I found it on sale this week at Joanns, and fell in love.

Let me know what you think!

I used that tutorial too, and it is a great pattern.

Your pouch is so cute.  You did a great job sewing it, and I love the fabrics!  Normally I don't like skulls, but those are so adorable.
