hi everyone,
here is a dress i made from IKEA fabric back in April. It was originally for my 8th grade promotion in May, but i never got around to finishing it by then, oh well. it is made from this tutorial:
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=77268.0
it's not hemmed yet and i'll probably make the straps skinnier.

front, the zipper is on the side:

back (it's not full and flowy like the front):

front detail, it's made up of three panels:

thanks for looking, comments/criticism welcome.

have a great day Smiley

That's really cool that you made the front all flowey - but the back isn't. I wouldn't of thought to do that. I like it a lot! Great dress!  Smiley

Aw, it's cute! It fits you really well. I could never have made something in such good taste when I was in eighth grade. I like your shoes too Smiley

i actually would have preferred that the back of the dress was flowey too, but i didn't think ahead, i guess i can change it if i want to.
