I got bored with my office chair, so I reupholstered it. I have seen it done, but never done an office chair. It was more complicated than I expected, but I think it still turned out nice. I forgot to take a before picture, but it was just an ugly grey/black basic office chair. I redid it in a fabulous khaki linen weave and the back is a floral that is on a matching chair in my room.

Chair that I wanted it to match..."the very expensive dog chair" that it has become.

I like the chair. I did the same thing with a similar chair. BUT the best part of this post is the pugs! They're so cute. My pugs won't play nice when in the same chair.

I need to reupholster some chairs.  Perhaps, I too can accomplish such a feat.  Smiley

This turned out so well! I love the pop of floral on the back.  Grin

I've had thoughts to do my office chair as well, but I'm terrified. How complicated is complicated to you? Did you wrap over existing fabric or rip it out? I've never upholstered anything, and I'm not sure I can ruin a perfectly good office chair because I thought it was ugly, hah.
