Very pretty!!  I think the middle/waist panel is good as it is!

I ADORE THIS DRESS! and I want to wear it now!

And I agree with you about the middle panel. I almost think that something plain would work best, because the focal point of the dress is the skirt. Maybe just a strip of color the same as the poppies?

Maybe - I was looking at the perfect color match to the poppies but put it down and walked away. This weekend my guy and I are going to take a trip to joann's and see if we can find a better fit....color/fabric wise

I really like it! I don't think the part under the bust really matches, but I like the dress anyway. Perhaps a softer blue or even a poppie print would look better? or even green to pull your eye up and then back down to the print. (perhaps matching a shade in the trees.)

I love your stuff!

How beautiful!  I love the panel fabric, plus how you used it- to die for!  I have a new sewing icon!  Grin

Tooo Pretty...I also would go with a plain middle because the fabric panel is so great and the more attention to it the better...Your dress is just awesome!!!

WOW, I am SO in love with that fabric! You made a good choice on dress style for that fabric. Way to go on a gorgeous piece! Thanks for sharing.

I love it.  It is so OZ.  I love Oz...I want to go there now!  Must.  Have.  Fabric.  It immediately reminded me of the hoodie by Heatherette I can't afford, but maybe with this fabric I could make it my own!
