To all you crafty Atlanta folks:

I just wanted to express how much I admire and envy the terrific group you have created.  It looks like you have really well-organized and well-attended meetings (I'm very impressed with Divasteph's comprehensive craft group webpage!).  I'm not in Atlanta so I can't join you but I did want you all to know your craftiness is inspirational!

that means so much --- thank you - i have said it a few times - but i dont have time to do much volunteer work lately so this is what i consider my good deed... is it a good deed? i get a lot out of our meetings and we have so much fun - it's nice because a lot of the crafts we have done i probably wouldnt try unless i had a group to try them with -- whoever thought i would do cross stitch?Huh or think that cross stitch was fun??? well it is !!! I like the ladies that come a lot too - and it is so nice to have a group here - i hope if anything i inspire you guys to go out and start your own groups!!!

xoxo

Next week? Yes, please. I've been going into withdrawal already - the kids were home for spring break last week and the mail order prescription place didn't send my brain drugs and I swear I just about went NUTS! I have my drugs now and I'm all better, but I need some crafty companionship. NOW, dammit!!!

So, um, yeah, next week is fine.

I'm hoping to be able to come, too! I won't be bringing the baby, but I'll bring pictures. Also, is anybody on here interested in the knitting meetup on Wednesday night? Stephanie? Anybody? Just curious.

I'm planning to go to the meetup!!! And I'm really going to try and hope it doens't fall through at the last minute like tonight did.  Angry And I'm bringing the scarf I'm working on. Though I understand the pull of hot irish boys. More power to you and Maybe I'll see you there.
