Is there anybody from the decatur area that is going to the meeting? I have a goodly amount of cross stitch fabric I could bring, but I'm hoping I can get a ride? Just checking.

I'm coming and I'm bringing a friend. (I'm pretty sure) Hotmail is down for some reason, but I will email you my answers to your list as soon as hotmail is back up. I'm really excited about the group. Divasteph, why/when are you moving to vegas? My husband used to live there and we have family out there, so I'd love to talk to you about it.

Jenny -
I also had lots of fun last night
I would like to just keep all of the stuff from the ATL SnB & Meet-up.com seperate from what we do - it's fine if you want to go (heck, i go!) but i dont want to try to coordinate with all the other groups and what projects they are doing .... I think as Rebecca and I were discussing last night -  we are probably teaming up with the Stone Mountain SnB because they are more crafty and less knitty - and it seems like since they are all members of our group already it is a good fit --- we will try coordinate projects with them in the future.... so that we don't overlap dates and get a nice balance of time intensive projects too... so that the messier/ bigger projects can be done in a safe/large/afternoon environment - instead of trying to do them in a coffee shop.... we have been brainstorming all sorts of great ideas for both groups... and I can't wait to let you all know when we have figured it all out....

xoxo
Steph

the pictures and newsletter are up from last night are up on the site...
http://www.violetdesigns.com/atlantacrafting

I think our next meeting will be the 30th or 31st... let me know what you guys think of these dates??? Jenny if you guys will have enough info to do it next week - than that is fine too - because i know you want to be involved and Lilly(the baby) may not wait til the 30th to come to a craft meeting... so let me know...

xoxo
Steph

!Yay!

one of my fave pics...
