So I decided I wanted to make a quilt for my brother's wedding present, luckily I decided on that pretty early.  It took me quite a few months to finish, but I finished up the binding at 1am the day of the wedding. Smiley

SO PRETTY! I love browns and blues together. And man, it's just lovely. (I love how it's traditional and yet more modern at the same time.) I'm totally Wisting this. Great job!  Grin

Got this piece of shrinky dink ... had it for 25 years now.  It's moved to five states and one European country ... and I just know, someday ... SOMEDAY ... I WILL use it!

Pretty!  This is amazing for your first quilt!!

My first quilt is sitting in a box, waiting to be torn apart for scraps.. my lines were just terrible! But this looks GREAT!! What an awesome present!

This is spectacular. I love the brown and blue, the quilting, sashing, backing. What a wonderful, generous gift for the wedding. Bet you will be doing lots more quilting! Thanks so much for posting this quilt.
