I really want to knit the phildar leaf sweater: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=206549.0 from Phildar Tendances Winter 06/07 issue No. 460

klement's version:

But I can't find the pattern book in english for sale anywhere.  I just found a copy in french on the phildar website and very nearly bought it  Grin It's a wonder that i managed to get all the way through checkout to the visa page given that my french repertoire consists of 'Micky the cat' and 'my name is Julie' I came to my senses before offering up my card number and I decided that buying a knitting pattern in french was a recipe for disaster!

So please if anyone knows the whereabouts of an English copy of the catalogue please please get in touch, I'm happy to trade or buy  Smiley  thank you!

I found a site of a lady who made this (http://backcountryknits.wordpress.com/2008/06/25/fo-phildar-leaf-pullover/), and down the page she says:

"...(the original pattern is written in French and when you order the book, you get both the French and English translation). "

Did you ever find this pattern?  I'm thinking about buying the French one and translating it.  I'm Canadian, and my French is pretty good, I think.  If I have any luck with it, I can send you a copy.
