I was browsing this section last night and I came across this recipe (http://www.allthingscupcake.com/2007/12/05/mountain-dew-cupcakes/) As soon as I saw it I knew I had to try it and it just so happened that I had some Mountain Dew in the fridge (a miracle because we rarely have soda)
They're super easy and taste amaaazing. I used a little less Mountain Dew than the recipe called for (only because we didn't have much left) but I just used slightly more lemon and lime juice to make up for it.
Also, the recipe does not specify the temperature but I baked mine at 350 degrees, based on the directions on a box of cake mix heh. Idk, I'm sort of a newbie with baking, maybe it's the same for all cupcakes, but it worked well on this temperature, they're really moist.

I love these so much Smiley

Oooh yum, I love mountain dew, they sound great!  I don't think they sell mt dew over here in the UK but they sell so many different types of soda in the supermarket I'm sure that I could find something similar to use.
