I'd say no belt, unless you go for a vibrant contrast colour.  The belt that you have on it right now blends into the dress, and isn't as flattering as a different colour belt could be.  I love the dress!  It's so fun and twirly! Cheesy

i think a belt in the bicicleta color would look nice, but the white looks great too, maybe tying a pretty bow

This dress rocks! I think that a contrasting belt would look awesome with it, but it looks really good without a belt too.

The way the skirt hangs is beautiful. I say without the belt it alters the fall of the dress. Great work!
