My first "This Rocks" went to you.  Very talented.  I knew it was Ross when I saw the thumbnail.  You have got some serious talent there.  Keep letting it grow.  I remember Ross from my childhood.  My mom would watch his shows and would get his books and try to paint like him.  She did very good.  I wish she painted more.  She really likes doing it.  So I encourage you to stay at it and not let it become something you do every blue moon.

This is awesome! It really does bring back memories of old pbs days, when I was in middle school. Everyone is right, you just can't stop watching Bob Ross.

My bf calls him the human qualude.  He says he can be in a rage and see Bob and suddenly, tranquility descends. 

Nice job with the drawing.  It looks exactly like him.

 no lie, my dad told me that when i was little i used to watch bob ross on pbs instead of barney. he was and is a true inspiration for me!

I think he inspired a lot of people to pick up paint brushes who wouldn't have thought they had an ounce of artistic ability. The " I think I can" philosophy is maybe half the battle.
