My Hubby and I love beer, alot.  He asked me to make a t-shirt with hops on it.  So, although I don't yet have a pic of the finished project, I thought I would share my drawing for the stencil.  It fits on a full piece of typing paper.  I printed it out onto freezer paper to make the t-shirt.  Enjoy and use it well!

ohmygod this is AWESOME!!

my dad is obsessive about making beer, wine and mead (it's a really good thing that canada doesn't have the same limits as the US, because he made about triple the US limit last year for home brewing!)

i made him a bleached beer mug t-shirt for his birthday last year, i should totally make him this too!

Nice hops! I have never seen actual hops before, but you cannot play a nerdy online game without seeing virtual ones. What is the Canada home-brewing limit vs. the U.S. one, anyway? Huh

canada doesn't have one, as far as i know, but in the US there are two different kinds of limits. the first is federal, and it's based in tax law, you can brew up to 200 gallons (in a household with two or more adults, it's less if there's only one adult), and after that you're considered a small business "brewery" by the IRS. and then there are also the state limits. some states have them, some don't, but this website shows per state.

we bought my dad a started kit for christmas a few years ago, and it was the either the best gift ever or the worst gift ever, depending on who's opinion it is! (he loves it, we're tired of beer crap all over the kitchen! Grin) he finally converted the shed into a "beer shed", and got himself a outdoor cooker to do the hops (thank GOD! hops are the nastiest smelling things ever!) he gives most of it away, he just likes experimenting with it. he makes all sorts of different kinds.

i should totally make him a shirt with this on it for his birthday!

Thank you for sharing your stencil. My husband and I are Home brewers, and I've been looking for beer related images to embroider on reusable grain bags as an anniversary gift. This will be perfect, Thanks again!
