My Prom Dress, Finished the morning of prom :) Extra pics page 7

Okay so I had been planning on making my prom dress for a long time, and I eventually got round to start making bits of it quite early on, but me being me, I didn't even get a move on to finish it until about a week before prom, only actually finishing it on the morning

So Prom was on Wednesday evening and everybody looked so stunning, and I spent the whole time telling people I made my dress It was rather fun

Hmm to describe my dress... It's in this sorter purple colour, silk dupion fabric (red and blue threads), It has these extra panels at the top that lace up to one side, and there is a black bit of lace over one side of the top of the dress, it is fully lined and has boning, The dress is picked up to one side in various places to show the petticoat underneath that I also made, it has a few different layers of different fabrics... oh yeh and the dress is fastened with an invisible zip with a hook and eye at the top
