I go to the University of Maryland as well! Smiley  I didn't go to Maryland Day, but I saw all the pictures on their website!  They did a pretty awesome job!  Do you know if they ask students to help or do they have caterers do it?  Go Terps!

The University of Maryland Bakery made them. It took two months. They made 52,000 total, the extra 2000 in case something happened. Dr Mote and his wife made the first 24, lol. Then the food service people who work in the dining halls and student volunteers gave them out (for free of course). What year are you/ what do you study?

Thats pretty cool!  I technically should have graduated this year, but I spent a couple of years at Montgomery College after high school.  So I am starting my junior year as a Special Ed major and then I will go straight into Maryland's Graduate program.  What about you?

OMG...my teeth hurt from that much sugar. That took a ton of work. Those people deserve a raise.
