My friend Kelly's birthday is coming up soon..and i found this fabric at hobby lobby that totally reminded me of her...so i asked her fiance, michael, what he thought she would like most..and he told me long, femine shorts...

How do ya'll think i did Huh?

No i did not use a pattern...i'm not sure if i can make a tutorial for you ladies..i used a pair of pants i already had as my inspiration...and i used them to get the rise perfect...i will be more than happy to answer any specific questions though..

How did you do the chevron down the side?  Just an added panel with the fabric tilted?  Super neat effect!!
