I claimed a girlosun_9 for the OWS 35, and on her wists she had one of these from etsy. The oven mitt is super adorable (lined with fleece instead of batting because I didn't have any), and the apron I made with ribbon ties in the back because I wasn't sure how old her daughter was, and didn't want to give away what I was making. She can cut them to size and heat-seal them Smiley

The felt food is handsewn, and I stuffed the cookies with polyfil sprayed with vanilla-icing body spray, so everything smells edible Smiley The box is decoupaged (its a photo box) with scrapbook paper I cut out with an exacto. I LOVE the way everything turned out!

As always, comments are appreciated!

That's exactly what I thought as I made them. My cousin has a little girl who's 3 and it will make a perfect xmas present for her Smiley

What a great idea (and great execution)!  I just wish I had someone I could make one for.

The cut-outs fit together like a puzzle piece... so if you "use" the cookie cutter on the dough, it will pick up the pieces just like real dough. Both pieces actually come out, and the "baked" cookies are the same size, just made of darker felt for a cooked-look (then I added the sparkly felt for icing... it lookes like it has sprinkles in it without the choking hazard of beads).

I think I'm most proud of this as far as items I've made for swaps... It just ended up so darn cute!
