I found this beautiful/cheesy fabric at joanns on clearance
its has moose's and its like a very soft cotton
for the life of me i cant think of the name of it
its very warm and soft and a winter fabric

FLANNEL!!
anyways
I wanted to make my boyfriend (edward) a button up shirt kind of western style with a tan yolk and such
Im not a complete noob at sewing but i'm still a beginner
also is there no free patterens for mens shirts?!
I found a few Burda ones but i havent had very good luck with them in the past
any ideas or helpful tips are appreciated

Also we are pretty young so "old grandpa" isnt really his style (even though its mine hah)

Have you checked out the periodic pattern sales at the big fabric stores like Hanncock's or Joann's?

About two weeks ago, JoAnn's had all Simplicity patterns on sale for $1.50. It was wild!
