I love Asian cooking, and I love Foodnetwork.com, but all their stuff is so....disorganized. Does anyone know of websites or forums or ANYTHING that's a bit more specific to Asian cooking? Preferably stuff you don't have to pay to view...

I don't know if it is specific to asian cooking, but my fave site is Recipezaar.com it is well organized and you can sort and search.

I was thinking Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, sort of that general area/cooking influence. Thai and Indian are really good too.

And I checked out recipezaar.com and love it! I really like the way their searches are set up and the fact all the recipes are submitted by readers. Haven't tried the other ones yet, but I will at some point here soon.

Ha ha! That's true. Even "Chinese" and "Indian" cooking are incredibly huge topics in and of themselves. Hopefully my links above will help the OP delve in.
