skirt into dress

so I had this lovely skirt that I bought at the Salvation Army the day after Christmas for $2.00 and it was a very comfy jersey/knit fabric
the only problem was that it was too long and unflattering

and after I took every piece apart I realized that I could have just adjusted the top but whatever


and an action shot (I'm sorry I look so stupid, I wore this to take my senior portraits ha. and yes with the tiara)

also i have no idea what my hand is doing.
