Actually, after getting used to filling out the forms required, it was really easy. Perhaps because I had someone (MK) there to remind me of the stuff I wasn't doing, and giving suggestions, and the fact that we had such a small group. It must be a lot harder to organize a swap with say, 20 people in it! Oh! And I didn't have to slap anyone's hand or anything!
