This is just too awesome.  I can't even imagine the process involved for something like this.  To me, this is magic!  You just made beautiful art appear, like alchemy.

Great job!

Peace and flapjacks.

That is so amazing and I loved your story on the long process to make it. Must be fun to be an art major....MMmmmm...maybe I need to go back to school.....

So cool. Even for squid art, which is usually awesome.

That is amazing. I got to do an aluminum pour where we made those tiles once. It was one of the most fun things I've done!

Working with molten metal is so exciting - I'll never forget how hyped-up I got when we poured our aluminium sculptures in school.  Too bad you lost your pictures...you'll just have to do more  : ) obviously you have a talent for it.

I really liked the way you broke it up into pieces.  I'm sure it wouldn't have had as much interest, even though it's very lovely, if it had been just one slab.  Good instincts!

Actually, I just had to come back and add -  "Holy shit! Your squid is so amazing!"  to qoute vezataeli.  How often does one hear a compliment like that?!  LOL!  I love craftster.

Your squid is just incredible. I'm jumping on the "I love it" bandwagon.

In the end, only kindness matters.
