My littlest Granddaughter gives me new chances to create!
The Fourth of July is around the corner and she NEEEEEEDED to be the little fashionista of course!

I made this romper one piece item by adapting Simplicity 9602. 


I made puffy sleeves and added a different collar that I drew onto some leftover fabric.

I added rick-rack and decorative stitching.  AND A RED BOW!  She's going to knock em dead at the fireworks don't you think?
