Getting increasingly jealous of all the lovely things. I have now taken photos... but still faile dat getting the uploaded. Tisk, I'm being slow!

Edit: Right - Photos of the lovely parcel Sulkycat sent me!

First of all there was this lovely bag! Its just my sort of colour and is all lovely and velvety, what more oculd you want. Plus the flowers are superb - but more of them later. The bag looks quite redish in the photos, but its really more of a burgundy colour.

Next (and I think these are my favourites, although its a tough call between these and the pin cushion you'll see in a bit) are these awesome corset cards. I love corsets but have previously been restricted to just wearing them - not any longer, I have corset stationary! Yay. The only problem will be when I come to send them... I may have problems letting them go.

I love this pin cushion (I typed that as pun cushion the first time round - great mental images of pillows whispering bad puns in your ear as you are trying to get to sleep). I love plants, thyme is my favourite herb of all time, I love green and I really needed a pin cushion. Its perfect.

Finally Sulkycat sent me this beautiful scarf/shawl. Its huge and beautiful and such a nice texture, kind of heavy but silky at the same time! Sulkycat didn't make the whole thing, but did bring it back from the edge by re-fringing the entire thing. Let me tell you thats a lot of fringing, I am very impressed.

Plus there was an extra flower (as seen on the bag) in brooch form to go with the scarf. Yay.

Thank you so much sulkycat!

Whoa! I just picked up on the fact that MidnightOak wasn't able to photograph all my items I sent her! (I thought something was missing... I should have taken a closer read of her post!). Check out her post here! http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=254525.msg2909919#msg2909919

Here's the items that missed the camera!

I made her a pearly little hand mirror with drawstring pouch

And there were the purchased items...

And then the choker necklace that she was talking about.

Here's an action shot of me wearing an identical one that I made for myself (I trimmed this to be just the necklace area, because I'm wearing fangs - I was at a Vampire Ball)

Yay! Thank you for posting them! I love the necklace but my camera was just refusing to do it justice Smiley

I'm looking forward to trying the maple syrup, the bottle it comes in is so cute!  Grin

Oh, I know! I wasn't even planning on going the maple syrup route, but then I was visiting Toronto's Chinatown where there are just tons of souvenir shops, so I picked that little guy up!

I'm dying of suspense too.

And thanks. It was a stencil I made for the Dr Who swap. Number ten is currently my favourite Doctor. Roll Eyes

I am finally in the same state as my camera, so I can take pictures of the package I received! I'll be doing that later today, so keep an eye out for the awesomeness. Smiley
