your little girl is so lucky, you make her so many wonderful clothes, even if you don't let her keep them she still get to model!  Smiley

What a nice mix of colors - Too many little girl's clothes are predictably colored.  This is beautiful!   And I sooooo admire your skills!  Tell me you did NOT intentionally match up the stripes on the shoulder seams.... I just need to learn to be that detailed!

I just had to go back and see what you were talking about!  LOL.  Actually that was not intentional!!!!!  Guess I lucked up, the stripes are matching really good!  I bought some plaid fabric that I'm terrified to use because I'll have to match the plaid lines.  Scared I'll jack it up!

Thanks for the wonderful compliments everyone!

Love the dress!!! Can you please explain how you make your ruffle trim down the sides? Or should I say how you attach it without more than one stitching line. Does that make sense? I have tried to make this trim by sewing down the middle of the trim with a basting stitch and then pull the strings to gather it up, but then what? do i sew right over the basting stitches? Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated. I would love to add that look to a dress I am making for my niece. Thanks

Be careful with glitter. It never goes away. Glitter is the herpes of craft supplies.
