So many people already! Don't worry if you aren't on the list yet, I'd let you know immediately if you don't meet the qualifications. I'm going to do feedback/list updating once per day to keep myself sane.

I guess I'm a complete dork.  I can't figure out the themes part!

#1.  I think I understand it to mean that I pick 5 themes and my partner has to make something in one of the themes I've chosen--is that right?  The problem is that I can only make ONE type of thing really well in miniature.  So if my partner has anything other than what I can make on his/her list (which I'm POSITIVE will happen) then I can't make it.  Or is that supposed to be the fun part?!

#2.  Or...  do I pick the themes (which would be colors) and then my partner chooses which of the colors he/she wants and I make the ONE thing I can make in miniature in that color?

I think what I've written makes sense.  Just somebody tell me if it's option #1 or option #2!  If it's #1, I'm afraid I'm out of my miniature league; if it's #2 I can play!

It's option 1, but what is it that you can make in minature?

It's option 1, but you should still be ok. Like the example on the first page, if one of your partner's themes is "red" you can make whatever it is you are good at, but put a "red" spin on it. So if you sew-use red fabric, if you crochet-red yarn, clay=red clay, or some other red related thing-like cherries, strawberries, lips, etc. The themes aren't meant to be specific, but just a guideline. I think you'll be fine no matter what partner you get.
