I made this for a swap partner of mine back in May. The box opens on a hinge.  I was making this for a color-themed item and her color was blue.  I love how it turned out.  It's simple but I thought it was pretty.

What do you think??

It's empty inside.  I wanted to do more but I just did not have the time.  I painted it inside the same color as the outside but that's all I could do.

Next time I make one I'll fancy up the inside though!!  Cheesy

Turned out nice, and I like the randomness of the colors. Smiley

Cheesy  Thanks!  I had fun making it.  I am drawn to mosaics.  I can't seem to help myself, I just love them very much.  And making them is so much fun!!!

Very nicely grouted.  Did you cut the tiles yourself?  I noticed some guy on "Look What I Made" who was a glass artist, and he had a bench with some screen-like stuff stapled on top.  I think it is where he snipped and cut glass.  Theory is the screen holes (large) caught shards and kept them from skidding onto floors, small children and pets I guess.  Any thoughts?

Thanks!

I bought the glass tiles off of eBay.  I'm not set up for any sort of glass cutting.
