my partner got her swap today..now I am Gah does she like it ....I hate this part....
FEAR NOT! I loved it all! Its amazing and you managed to completely get my eclectic style!
My movies were (in no real order, they're all equal):
1. Little Women (ONLY the 90s version with Kirsten Dunst and Susan Sarandon)
2. Hairspray
3. Pride and Prejudice
4. Bridget Jones' Diary
Which are all VERY hard movies to craft for, so kudos babalina!
Here it is!
A very sixties purse with a record on it. Very cute and very nice for the beach season! Inside was....
a hairspray photo album! I AM tracy turnblad...sound like, act like, sing like and dance like her. There was also....
CANDY! I'm a fat girl, loud and proud, and I love me some munchies, lol. All very good movie foods and POP ROCKS!!! AMAZING. I want to get the prize out of the cracker jack box but I'm trying to resist. And surprisingly they all came in great shape! (not one broken pixie stick! though the york was slightly melted but i threw it in the fridge)
Next was:
A little women framed thingy...don't know what to call it exactly. Its the movie art and th e dvd framed. Is the dvd real? Is it glued down on there? It looks differant from the dvd I have, have any good special features? lol
then I saw this!
Its a very cute box with pride and prejudice written on the top and various quotes around the sides (tried to get a good pic of those but my camera hates me). This box PERFECTLY matches my room. My bedspread (seen in various pics) is white with red - here's a bad pic of my bed:

so its PERFECT! I think babalina did a little crafty detective work! Either that or she had some pure luck! lol
As if that wasn't enough I open the box:
a copy of the book, which is great because mine was a VERY cheap 99 cent buy and has fallen apart.
a very cute painted tin, which I'm assuming had a previous life as an altoids tin. If felt awfully heavy so I opened it and...
magnets! I don't actually have marble magnets! I was so excited and I have a mini fridge in my craft room so its perfect. The picture is a horrible shot of them (I tried taking a pic 6 times and none of them came out good so I gave up). There's 12 of them, featureing Pemberly, Mr. Darcy, Lizzie and the Bennets.
And last, but not least, i got this!
a copy of the script! With copied (I'm assuming) signatures of some of the actors - Judi Drench, Keira Knightly and I can't make out the other one, lol.
So this was an amazing package and an amazing swap. To top it off I got an early present from my grandmother today (my bday is a week from today!
I'll be 20, which you'd never guess from my favorite movies. I have the same taste as my 48 year old mother) and got the Mama Mia soundtrack, which I'm seeing Saturday with my mom and grandmother (my mom and I share a crush on colin firth. and of course I'm seeing The Dark Knight Sunday with my bro - I also have a thing for christian bale (he'll always be laurie from Little Women to me).
I'll hopefully be updating feedbacks tomorrow by the way.
