I think I have become addicted to quilting.

I finished this quilt today for a new baby boy in our family.  It is 3'x4'.

I pieced the back as well!  I kept seeing pieced backs that I really liked so I had to try.

I used the this tutorial at Purl Bee http://www.purlbee.com/zig-zag-quilt/

Lovin' it! Such a nice selection of fabrics/colors. Can't tell if you labeled it - that's the best finishing touch so everyone will know you did this great work!

I just ran across that page the other day - so nice to see your version!  The colors are lovely, almost ocean colors.  Very nice!

This is GORGEOUS Audrey!  I love the pieced back and the quilting in the white.  Great color choices too.  Bravo!!

Thanks everyone!  I am giving it to the new little boy on Sunday.  It was carried across several states to get to him and I am excited about it.

I hope that everyone loved the quilt!  I've been wanting to make one of these ever since I saw the tutorial on the Purl Bee.  Yours came out great!  Love the colors.

That is so beautiful and would go perfectly in my sons nursery... but since it's already destined for someone elses baby I guess I will just have to make my own!!  Grin

Thanks so much for the link to the instructions, will definitely be trying this one for myself.
