Here are pics (so sorry they're blurry, my camera was running on fumes) of my second hat ever!

Done on Denise size 10 circulars (used two circulars at the top instead of those injury-causing dpns) with 2 strands of Lion Brand Wool-ease held together in seed stitch (whew!)
(Wheat 402 and Blue Mist 115)

It's kind of helmet-esque (especially since I didn't use ribbing), but I really kind of like it that way!!!

It's also not very perfect, but neither am I, so we go together quite well, actually!

Very cute!  I love the way seed stitch looks, but I haven't had the patience yet to use it for more than a few rows at a time.  I hate having to flip the yarn back and forth!

thanks   Grin  I'm making another one right now (between classes) for a friend.  He wants it less bowl-like and more stocking-cap like...so I did the first inch or two with smaller needles...I've been trying it on...and I think it'll be great!
